Jouiise and Iqbal at the reception are very friendly and accommodating I found the service to be efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel provides clean rooms that are spacious and quiet.

My room was a family room. It was cleaned daily. The restaurant provided many food options. The food tasted really great.
The furniture seemed old. The wood was peeling. I noticed not enough reception staff. I had to wait a while for assistance (about 5 minutes).

helpful staff clean room amazing amities
I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Jouise and Iqbal. Their excellent service stood out. The rooms were very clean, and the value for money was excellent. Amenities and facilities were also excellent. I reminded me of everything was well maintained.
The hallways had a slight odor at times.

The gym featured three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. Everything looked in good working order. I noticed the pool area included twenty loungers and also a shaded section. It seemed very relaxing. ALL facilities are in perfect condition!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. It ensured a satisfying start to the day. The restaurant maintained a neat and clean environment. I found the food fresh and tasty.

The hotel provided convenient access to the red metro line. Al Doha Al Jadeda station is very close. I saw many Uber vehicles in the area. Transportation felt readily available. The location worked well.

I received excellent customer service from the front desk. Staff members were consistently polite. Ahmed, in particular, was helpful with the reservation. His assistance was invaluable. EVERYONE was really helpful.

The room included two separate sinks. This added convenience. I enjoyed the rainfall shower, it was very refreshing. My room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated that.

reliable service comfortable stay
i found great value for money here. the service felt reliable and the stay felt comfortable. jouisse and supervisor ahmad provided excellent hospitality. i would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
the room felt warm, even with the air conditioning running. the view through the window revealed concrete rooftops and ac units. the bed was too firm and uncomfortable.
