My room was a family room. It was cleaned daily. The restaurant provided many food options. The food tasted really great.
The furniture seemed old. The wood was peeling. I noticed not enough reception staff. I had to wait a while for assistance (about 5 minutes).

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Jouise and Iqbal. Their excellent service stood out. The rooms were very clean, and the value for money was excellent. Amenities and facilities were also excellent. I reminded me of everything was well maintained.
The hallways had a slight odor at times.

The gym featured three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. Everything was in good working order. I noticed the pool area included twenty loungers and also a shaded section. It seemed very relaxing. ALL facilities are in perfect condition!

i found great value for money here. the service felt reliable and the stay felt comfortable. jouisse and supervisor ahmad provided excellent hospitality. i would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
the room felt warm, even with the air conditioning running. the view through the window revealed concrete rooftops and ac units. the bed was too firm and uncomfortable.
